Wallaby Childcare is a family-owned and operated group of seven childcare centres. Since 2005, we have been providing high-quality early childhood education and care, and since 2007, we have been designing and building our own purpose-built, state-of-the-art centres to create exceptional learning environments for children.
Leadership Team
Our culture of care is supported by a strong leadership structure, with dedicated Centre Directors and Assistant Directors on-site at every centre to provide guidance, consistency, and exceptional care for children, families, and educators.
Many of our Centre Directors have been promoted from within the organisation and have been part of the Wallaby team for many years. Each holds relevant early childhood education qualifications, has completed leadership and management training, and is committed to bringing Wallaby’s “home away from home” philosophy to life every day.
Our Operations Team plays a key role in the successful launch of every new centre, overseeing everything from centre design and fit-out to the selection of high-quality equipment and engaging learning resources. Their expertise ensures each Wallaby centre is thoughtfully planned, well-equipped, and ready to provide an exceptional environment for children, families, and educators from day one.
