A passionate advocate for quality childcare with a BA in Early Childhood Education, Janet Shipley has more than three decades of experience in the Early Years Sector. Rising through the ranks from Room Leader, to Centre Director, to Operations Manager for the entire Wallaby Childcare group, Janet’s hands-on knowledge and commitment to quality care have seen her become one of the most experienced, and respected, senior managers in the industry today.

Responsible for recruiting, managing and nurturing staff, Janet provides daily support to our Centre Directors and spends time in each centre to advise, innovate and guide our staff in their mission to provide exceptional service to our community of families.
