A family owned and operated group of around half-a-dozen centres, Wallaby Childcare has been providing superior childcare services since 2005 and building its own state-of-the-art centres since 2007.
Leadership Team
Our culture of care is grounded in a formal structure with a dedicated Centre Directors and Assistant Directors on-site in every centre.
Promoted from within the business, many of these Directors have been with us for years; all have had educational qualifications plus management training, and all are deeply committed to Wallaby’s ‘home-away-from-home’ vision.
Central to the team is our start up Manager Raylene MacManus. Raylene is key to the start-up of each centre – guiding everything from the design of the centre and equipment, to acquiring the most exciting (and fun) resources.
