Vicki’s passion for early childhood education began at a young age when she would often tell her mother that she wanted to become a teacher. She started her career in the early childhood sector in 2014 in Auckland, New Zealand, and in 2019 completed her Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) at Unitec Institute of Technology. The knowledge and skills she gained throughout her studies have helped shape her into the educator she is today.

Vicki is passionate about creating a nurturing, home-away-from-home environment where every child and family feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Vicki strongly believes in building respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. These meaningful connections provide the foundation for children’s wellbeing, confidence, and learning, supporting them to thrive and reach their full potential. Vicki is committed to creating an inclusive environment where children of all abilities feel supported, celebrated, and empowered to participate fully in their learning journey.

Outside of work, Vicki enjoys playing netball, gardening, and spending time at the beach. As a busy mum, she also appreciates the simple joy of a quiet and relaxing day at home with her family.
