Toni is a qualified Kindergarten teacher at Wallaby Harpley and her experience and knowledge has seen Toni in a unique role of mentoring new Kindergarten teachers to become fully qualified. It has been a natural progression for Toni to become Educational leader for our over 3 rooms.

Toni has a passion for outdoor learning and a background of running beach and bush Kinder programs with a focus on physical education, sustainability practices and engaging with nature. Toni’s philosophy reflects a community approach to learning in the early years and focuses on building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Equipping children with the social and emotional skills to transition to school in a positive and confident way is her goal for all children. Through play-based programs, practical life experiences and interest and strength-based plans Toni aims to give children the true gift of a genuine love for learning.

In her spare time, Toni has a passion for getting out in nature, engaging with community and fostering team spirit through participating in community sport. This is reflected in her family life as well and her professional philosophy.
