Tess joined the Wallaby team in 2023 as a foundation member of the Donnybrook leadership team, having an integral role in supporting the opening of our Donnybrook service. Tess has been working in the Early Childhood sector since 2012, continuing her studies after the achievement of the Diploma in Early Childhood education and care, to challenge herself with the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary).

Tess is the mother of one daughter and has learned to juggle motherhood, work, and her studies. Tess enjoys going for walks with her dog, reading a book, and spending time with her family.

As Educational Leader she aims to teach and guide all educators in their learning and development of the educational program. Her love for travel helps her understand the importance of culture in the service. Tess believes community links are of vital importance in creating relationships with businesses and education services in the local area.
