From starting out on the floor as an Educator, to stepping up as an Educational Leader and Assistant Director, to maintaining standards in Assessment and Rating, Stephanie has enjoyed a fast-paced career in the sector since 2016. Leading by example, Stephanie’s energetic approach sees her working side-by-side with Educators and the management team to implement new, and inspiring, programs grounded in best practice.

An intuitive listener who understands that the child’s voice is key to engagement and learning, Stephanie is a tireless advocate for children and the Educators who support them. It’s good to hear then, that Stephanie has enough energy left over to spend her weekends chasing her 2 young daughters, getting out on family day trips, and squeezing in time at the gym!
