Starting out in 2016 as a brand-new Educator, Simran’s energy, enthusiasm, and ability to encourage others soon put her on the path towards leadership. Always willing to undertake a new role and fresh challenge, Simran was an inaugural member of Wallaby Childcare’s Future Leaders program… and soon after became a Centre Director. Taking immense pride in the welcoming environment she has helped create at the Epping Centre, Simran believes every child deserves respectful and loving care to ensure they develop talents, interests, and agency to take them into the future.

This same ethos is central to Simran’s approach to her own family life, where she looks for opportunities to build the future of her own children through travel, exploration and fun!
