Highly qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Community Management, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and participation in Wallaby’s Future Leaders program, Selome’s high-level skills range across program management, staff supervision and curriculum development.

As the mother of a pre-schooler, Selome understands the need for a collaborative approach and the importance of finding inspiration outside the home.
