Saran has worked in the Early Childhood profession since 2009 and during this time she has held diverse roles including Lead Educator, Kindergarten Assistant, Service Administrator and Assistant Service Director. Saran believes her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of early education and care, which drives her motivation for embedding for high-quality care, education and supporting children and their families.

Saran’s philosophy is to create an environment that feels like home – a safe, nurturing and inspiring space where children and families can thrive. She believes in creating an environment that embodies warmth and inclusivity, fostering strong community connections and empowering young learners to reach their full potential.

In Saran’s spare time, she loves to hike, try new recipes, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
