Saba Rehan is a passionate early childhood educator with over 8 years of experience working with young children. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Pakistan before moving to Australia, where she followed her passion for education by earning a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Saba has always been deeply passionate about early childhood education, believing in its power to build strong foundations for lifelong learning and development. Saba began her professional journey with a strong connection to both the Montessori philosophy and the broader early childhood education principles. As her career progressed, Saba developed a deep appreciation for the Reggio Emilia approach, which emphasises the child as capable, curious, and central to their own learning journey. Saba has a wealth of experience leading programs that honour both Montessori practices and broader early childhood education philosophies, including Reggio Emilia influences. Saba is committed to creating environments that foster independence, creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning, drawing inspiration from early childhood best practices to support every child’s unique journey.

We are excited to have Saba join us as Educational Leader at Wallaby Childcare, where she mentors educators and helps create nurturing, child-led learning environments. In addition to her professional work, Saba is nearing the completion of the Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, expanding her knowledge in child development, curriculum design, and leadership within early learning settings.

In Saba’s free time, she enjoys watching movies and reading history books. She loves spending quality time with her family and especially enjoys going shopping with her sister. As a mother of three children, family holds a special place in her life, and she cherishes every moment spent with them.
