Joining Wallaby Childcare in 2013 as a Diploma-qualified Assistant, Renee took charge of our Epping Centre’s Before and After School programs, before taking on responsibility for individual rooms as a Lead Educator. Almost as passionate about her team, as she is about the children in her care, Renee is a committed mentor whose ability to help others achieve their goals has seen her exceed her own goals as a leader. Renee has lead the way as a founding Educator at the opening of our Wollert Centre, later as Centre Director, and most recently as Start Up Manager; in charge of pioneering Wallaby’s newest centres.

Renee is a pioneer in other ways too. As a mother of 2 daughters, she is a role model for work, life and creative balance; combining her role at Wallaby childcare with a second career as a professional photographer!
