A key member of the Wallaby Childcare team from the earliest days, Raylene MacManus is one of our most senior and respected leaders; both as the Director of her own centre and as the start-up manager of our new centres.

Raylene’s passion for professional development has seen her gather a formidable array of qualifications, but it’s her affinity with Wallaby Childcare’s mission to have a real impact on children’s lives that has kept her so actively engaged all these years. It’s no surprise that Raylene is active outside of work too; whether travelling, fishing or shopping, with 3 sons and 5 grandsons, Raylene’s favourite pastimes all have a family focus!
