An early childhood professional since 2004, and a member of the Wallaby Family since 2016, Nusrat‘s calm confidence saw her chosen to take part in our first Future Leaders program. Today, as Assistant Centre Director at Harpley, Nusrat is a natural leader whose ability to inspire and manage Educators is matched by an innate ability to create connections and build rapport with families.

Equally at home presenting staff training and family information sessions, as she is working one-on-one with parents and children, Nusrat is a visual communicator with an exceptional eye for detail …so it’s no surprise to find that away from work her greatest passion is for design, decoration and all things visual!
