Nusrat has dedicated over 14 years to the early childhood sector and has been a valued member of the Wallaby family since 2016. She is deeply passionate about working with children, finding joy in learning from them and witnessing their growth and confidence blossom. Nusrat strives to build trusting relationships with each child, creating a safe, secure environment where they feel free to express themselves.

In her leadership role, Nusrat is committed to fostering strong, positive relationships with her fellow educators. She completed her Master’s in Human Resource Management, a milestone she is incredibly proud of, and continues to be inspired by her role as an Early Childhood Educator.

Outside of work, Nusrat is a devoted mother to a son and daughter and describes her husband as her best friend. She credits her family with being her source of motivation and the reason behind her passion for spreading positivity.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and homemaking, finding joy in nurturing her plants and creating a warm, welcoming home.
