Starting out in early education in 2012 as a trainee educator, Nicole’s journey to management has followed a path of professional development, personal commitment and a passion for early childhood education. As an Educator, Nicole is dedicated to teaching and scaffolding young minds; her primary goal is to encourage every child in her care to reach their full potential. Joining the Wallaby Wollert Team as Director, Nicole understands the importance of modelling, inspiring and guiding her team of motivated educators as well as being a support and guide to the families within the centre.
