With a decade of early childhood experience and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Services, Margi is an inspirational leader who worked broadly across a range of childcare roles before becoming Sanctuary Lakes Centre Director in 2023. As an early childhood teacher, Margi believes in a holistic approach that brings educators, children and their families together in an inclusive environment.

This same inclusive approach informs Margi’s way of guiding, mentoring and teaching her team in the only the most positive and affirmative ways. So it’s no surprise that away from work, Margi’s time is spent welcoming new experiences, bringing her family together, and affirming her love of history and travel.
