With almost 12 years of dedicated experience in the early childhood and education sector, Madi holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and, over the years, has progressed from being an assistant educator to a lead educator and has gained the skills and knowledge over the course of her growing career progression to step into a leadership position.
Madi has a strong passion for creating respectful, warm, safe and welcoming environments for those around her, stimulating and fostering a sense of belonging in young children, families and her team.
She values building and maintaining respectful, strong and meaningful relationships with children, families and those who come into her presence.

Madi has a strong desire to continue her learning and growth, with the goal of becoming a director, particularly growing within our Wallaby services.

Madi says her favourite part of the day is making others smile, that there is nothing more rewarding than sprinkling some kindness and love in the world. In her spare time, Madi enjoys being at home with her pooch, snuggling up on the couch or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
