Lydia‘s experience spans two decades, two countries (South Africa and Australia), and two disciplines; as a specialist in both Early Childhood and Pre-Primary Education. Moving through her career from Early Childhood Educator, to Lead Educator, and into leadership as an Acting Director, Lydia’s flexibility and authority has taken her from Nursery Room to Pre-Kinder Room, to guiding children and parents, to mentoring qualified staff.

This approachable attitude and welcoming demeanor, have cemented Lydia’s reputation for achieve harmony through strong relationships with children, their families, her team, and the greater community. It’s no surprise then, that Lydia’s home-life is in harmony too; as a lover of live theatre and music theory shared with family and friends.
