Starting out with Wallaby Childcare in 2008 as a Room Leader, Louisa’s journey to management has followed a path of professional development, personal commitment and a passion for early childhood education. As an Educator, Louisa is dedicated to teaching and scaffolding young minds; her primary goal is to encourage every child in her care to reach their full potential. As a Director, Louisa understands the importance of modelling, inspiring and guiding her team of motivated educators.

While, as mother to two young children of her own, Louisa continues to grow in her understanding and love of working with children.
