With an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Krystle Kernke brings both a fine knowledge of early-years education, and a broad understanding of the wider childcare environment. With around two decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, Krystle has been a valued member of the Wallaby Childcare team since the early 2010s, rising quickly from Room Leader, to second-in-charge, to Centre Director in 2018. But it is the joy Krystle finds in working with families and watching their children grow and develop that is her biggest reward.

Away from work, Krystle’s time is taken up with watching her own children grow; with a ballet dancing daughter and basketballing son, there’s plenty to see!
