A respected member of the Wallaby community since 2013, and a leader at the Epping Centre for a number of years, Kim followed her passion for training into the sole role of Educational Leader in 2023. With a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing, plus a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Kim is well-qualified to develop creative programs and initiate innovative learning experiences. However, it’s her dedication to advising and mentoring educators and support staff that sets her apart. Indeed, one of her greatest skills (and satisfactions), is to support and coach team members as they work towards higher qualifications.

Naturally creative in the programs she develops, the training she provides, and the solutions she finds, Kim’s creativity extends to her out-of-hours life too where, as a talented painter, she continually searches for ways to explore her artistic side!
