Kerrin has worked with Wallaby Childcare for 10 years across two Centres, bringing over 15 years of experience in the early childhood sector. Kerrin joined the Wallaby Wollert team as a foundation member in 2021 in a Room Leader role and, in 2025, progressed into the position of Under 3’s Education Leader. In this leadership role, Kerrin provides guidance, mentoring, and support to a team of highly experienced Educators, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs across the Centre. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, Kerrin brings an inclusive leadership approach and is deeply committed to supporting children, families, and Educators throughout their early learning journey.

Outside of work, Kerrin enjoys walking her dog and exploring the local community. She values spending quality time with her family, particularly through camping trips that allow them to experience and appreciate Victoria’s natural bushland and Australia’s diverse natural environment.
