Starting out at Wallaby Childcare in 2017 after achieving her Diploma of Early Childhood Education, Emma’s career has grown through personal commitment, professional development, and participation in our Future Leaders program. By 2022 Emma was an integral part of the leadership team and, as an Assistant Centre Director and Foundation Educator, she continues to help drive the connections that help children achieve their full potential.

As a mother of 2 young children completing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching; Emma understands the juggle of home, career and education. Working tirelessly to gain the knowledge that contributes directly to her own personal growth (and the growth of the children in her care), Emma also knows how important it is to find time to escape and enjoy family life.
