Angelica is a dedicated and experienced early childhood professional with over 20 years of experience in the education and care sector. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her commitment to high-quality practice and her genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development. She values building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators, and believes these connections are the foundation of a positive and nurturing learning environment.

In her role as Assistant Centre Director, Angelica plays an active part in supporting the daily operations of the centre while working closely with the leadership team to maintain high standards of care and education. She brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to policy development, staff mentoring, and operational improvements. By fostering a supportive team culture and leading with empathy and professionalism, she helps create an environment where educators feel valued, families feel confident, and children can thrive.

Outside of work, Angelica enjoys spending time outdoors taking her dog for walks, expressing her creativity through handcrafts, and relaxing by completing Sudoku and other puzzles. These interests reflect her calm, thoughtful nature and her love of balance between creativity, problem-solving, and wellbeing.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. (2018)
Bachelor of Education in technology. (2011)
HLTA012 Provide an emergency First Aid response in an education and care setting. – Anaphylaxis and Asthma awareness.
