Shanna commenced her journey in the Early Childhood sector in 2008. At the young age of 16, she knew her future would entail educating and caring for young children. With strong beliefs that align with inspiring children to explore, learn and grow through play base learning, and working with families to achieve positive relationships, Shanna very quickly progressed into a room leader position. She has a unique way of connecting with others and understanding children.

Shanna has worked across all age groups, including supporting children with additional needs.

With a passion to always continue to be a better version of herself, Shanna continued her studies and moved into an Education Leader role in January 2024. Shanna is excellent at mentoring and facilitating relationships with all stakeholders at the centre and has built a positive reputation within the community.

In her spare time, Shanna loves going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and cooking.
