After leaving a professional life as a high school Physics teacher in India and migrating to Australia in 2016, Nive never thought she would find her passion in early childhood education and care. Since joining this sector, she has never looked back. The continuous growth and support Nive experiences at Wallaby Childcare has made the journey so rewarding. Nive has the ability to multitask and communicate with tact and patience. These qualities have seen her progress from a casual, to leading rooms with varied age groups, to now as Assistant Director at Wallaby Wollert. Nive is a strong believer in leading by example; positive leadership should provide opportunities for team members to flourish and achieve their goals.

On a personal front, Nive loves to spend time with her family and shares a common hobby of exploring the world with her husband. They are always up for a short walk around their neighbourhood or longer hikes in the bush to experience nature.
